I understand it is my responsibility to return the vehicle to the sellers’ location in event that I require a statutory repair or return based on the warranty agreement. I understand that the seller doesn’t offer a courtesy car to use for the period that it will take them to repair my car.
I will make sure that the car is fit for purpose, and I am happy with the conditions of the car before I sign the purchase invoice.
In case of a return because of a fault that would make the car not fit for the purpose, in within 30 days, is the dealers right to investigate the car for any cosmetic or accidental damage before refunding the money. Any damage may case to a deduction of the refund. Unless I can prove that the damage was there from the day of purchase, also £0.30 per mile will be deducted for car usage.
The item and conditions governing the sale of the vehicle detailed above by the named dealer to the purchaser above are as follows: The purchaser hereby acknowledges having examined or having cause to be examined the said vehicle and is satisfied by such examination as to the condition, road worthiness, quality or fitness thereof.
